Little Bits of Lately (And a New Design!)

First and foremost, our redesign! My husband is a genius.
New shoes
I finally found where all of the food trucks go. And that is L'Enfant Plaza. Duh, Janice.
I'm dying for this. And this.
While Nikki was still in town, we all went to dinner at DC-3. And this time I tried Bubble-Up.
We finally found the joy that is Pushing Daisies and now I'm hating the universe for its early demise.
On Tuesday, we went to Alexandria (Old Town) to visit my dad and I also got to do a little vintage browsing at Pretty People Vintage.
It's Spring! Now if someone would let the weather know.
Wednesday, I met a new friend for shopping and cupcakes at Red Velvet (completely delicious and the red velvet cupcake is called the Southern Belle, so I vote yes). I immediately adored this lady when we discovered our mutual love of tacky cat merchandise and we agreed to meet wearing our favorite kitten sweaters. Rhiannon's was particularly majestic; think 'Stephanie Tanner- the Early Years'. I curse myself for not taking a picture.
Once again, I'm seriously loving our blog's new look.
